In 11 weeks, you will excavate what you actually have to offer, map it into a framework the market understands, and build a concrete plan for what comes next.
You will leave with:
A complete capability map across six domains (your Honeycomb)
A network audit that shows you who can actually hire you
A Career Impact Brief that replaces your CV
A 12-month exit roadmap
A Human Design Career Analysis showing how you are wired to work
And you will be able to answer "what do you do?" in one sentence that makes people lean in.
HOW IT WORKS
Four phases over 11 weeks:
Excavation (Weeks 1-3): We dig into your career history. Not job descriptions. The actual work. What changed because you were there.
Architecture (Weeks 4-6): We build your Honeycomb. Your capabilities mapped across six domains, assessed for evidence, energy, and market demand.
Connection (Week 7): We audit your network. Most corporate professionals have networks full of peers, not people who can hire them. We fix that.
Translation (Weeks 8-11): Everything becomes commercial. You test your positioning in real conversations and build your exit plan.

Video lessons + Notion workbook (yours forever)
The Portfolio Coach — a custom AI you can think out loud with between calls
Weekly 60-minute live calls with me and the cohort (kick-off calls on February 26th)
WhatsApp group for questions, announcements, and peer support
3 months of community access
Please note: If you cannot join the weekly calls live, you will have access to the whatsapp community where you can ask questions and get them answered by me.
You will receive weekly recordings if you are interested in listening back. Part of the live events will be me asking questions about the process, and if anything is unclear so I can better support you through the entire process.
This is the first time I am running The Portfolio Designer live. I am keeping it small - so I can be in it with you. I will be on every call. You will help shape the program. The investment reflects that.
I built this because I made the same transition myself. Two decades in senior leadership. C-suite roles across HealthTech, ClimateTech, Media. When I left in 2020, I expected my experience to translate directly into income. It did not. I had to learn how to excavate what was actually mine and name it in language the market could see.
