I’ve been on a 7-year ride of consciously uncoupling from a singular corporate identity after spending 20 years getting to the C-Suite.

This epiphany led me to launch a multi-faceted career with multiple income streams. At the time, I didn’t realise I was creating a 'Portfolio Career'—I just knew that the variety of work energised me and leveraged my strengths.

Now, I work with companies to launch new ventures on a fractional basis, allowing me to support private clients and run a thriving bespoke club for aspiring Portfolio Careerists called The Portfolio Career Club.

I often write about how you can build a pro-passion, anti-hustle approach to work and life.

In 2017, I moved halfway across the world from Sydney, Australia to London for a ‘dream job’ that ticked all the boxes:

  • Great title

  • Excellent salary

  • Global Travel

  • Company perks

But soon after arriving, I had a painful realisation: I loved the 'idea' of my corporate job more than the job itself.

After a lot of soul-searching, I rediscovered my passion for personal development and that I wanted to work closer to people in a mentorship format.
