I’ve been on a 7-year ride of consciously uncoupling from a singular corporate identity after spending 20 years getting to the C-Suite.

My clients work with me because I have been in their shoes and know exactly what it feels like to have years of experience in the corporate world and want to do something that leverages all those skills but do not know where to start.

When I first started out, I spent a lot of money on coaches and courses that didn’t fit the shape of experience I had or what type of work I wanted to do. I needed one-to-one guidance & support as well as a community of like-minded people I could lean on.

Let me take you back to the beginning for a hot minute….

In 2017 I moved my entire family halfway across the globe from Sydney to London for a dream job. I soon realised that no fancy title or international travel was going to me happy - I quit 8 months later.

For months on end, I searched for something that excited me. I knew that the traditional shape of corporate wasn’t right for me AND I also knew I wasn’t ever going to be one of those online coaches who gave me the ick.

So after spending most of my savings on excessive coaches and courses, a friend introduced me to a woman who could read my Human Design.

I had no idea what it was or what she was going to tell me, but let’s just say that session changed my life.

It was like a light had been turned on in me and I felt seen and heard for the first time in my life. My MBA-trained brain did try and self self-sabotage me and for a while, I worried about what people would think about this weird ‘woo, woo’ tool I was using, but deep inside me, I knew this was something that was going to change my life and whoever I worked with.

It was from this place I started to experiment with my own design and I started to invest more time in what LIT me up and gave me joy.

This is when opportunities started to flood to me and without planning it, I found myself in a Portfolio Career. Making money from a variety of sources that I enjoyed and getting invited to speak at incredible conferences like The Dream and doing talks for Oatly employees.

As I worked with more and more women I discovered that that they wanted to build their own unique portfolio careers and together we leveraged their human design in order for them to live a life they had always dreamed of.

And this place is where The Portfolio Career Club was born. The only program that fuses together your unique skills and capabilities to build a business aligned with your Human Design.

I realised women who were just like me didn’t want to be defined by one title, one job, one company or one pay check!
