I’m a Conscious Career & Human Design Coach, Venture Builder, Investor, Speaker, Writer and Mother. My mission in life is to bring unconventional knowledge and systems into the corporate world and help visionary women accelerate their careers using the power of Human Design.
MY CURIOSITY FOR MORE BEGAN EARLY…
My seeking for more beyond the mundane began at a young age. I grew up in suburban town in Melbourne and at the grand old age of 9 years old, I said out loud to my mum, “There must be more to life than this?!”.
Despite my curiosity, I continued living a largely conventional life, went to university and became depressed in my second year. It was this struggle that led to my passion for the unconventional beginning. I delved into practices like Jungian theory, Numerology and invested in a personal development guru’s 31 day programme…
It worked - my depression eased, my friends and family didn’t recognise me and I went from failing my degree to getting outstanding results. As ecstatic as I was at the shift I experienced, I knew I had to find a way to create long-term, sustainable change for myself.

FROM ‘HAVING IT ALL’ TO QUESTIONING IT ALL…
Fast forward to 2017 and I was basically the badass poster woman for the #girlboss era (don’t hate me), consumed by third wave feminism of ‘having it all’. After spending my adult years constantly pushing to get the pay rise, the promotion, the bigger house and whatever other external markers of “success” I could get my hands on, I was finally on my way to owning that power, money and status that I had so deeply craved.
My constant striving led me to landing my dream senior corporate role in London. I relocated from Australia and was given three months to settle in before starting my new position. With no emails, last minute meetings or work travel to distract me, I had no choice but to actually sit with myself. It was the first time I ever had and it painfully brought to light how little I really knew myself beyond the corporate identity I’d so earnestly built
I imploded: I had a breakdown and sank to my depths spiritually, emotionally and mentally.
I hadn’t realised how unhappy I was, how distracted with the material trappings of the outer world I had been, much to the neglect of who I actually was inside.
I BELIEVE
I believe that spiritual knowledge and systems belong in the corporate world just as much as existing management tools.
I AM NOT ABOUT
Keeping small, staying quiet and rolling with the status quo. I'm on this earth to make shake things up and make positive change.
DAILY RITUALS
I make my best efforts to start and end my day in the same way.
In the morning I like to rise early, meditate, journal, read & move. My evening routine is focused around making sure my environment is set up for optimal sleep. This doesn’t always happen - and that’s ok too. Find what works for you and start slow!
TIME FOR A RADICAL REIMAGINING OF HOW I WAS LIVING + WORKING
It was from this extremely low point that I was able to recognise that I had spent my whole life climbing the ladder, only to realise that I had climbed the wrong one. I had believed the message I’d been fed all my life - if you just keep hustling to the top, you will be happy - but it wasn’t true.
I realised I needed to radically reimagine my career and life - to define what success really meant to me, what happiness and fulfillment on my terms really looked like. I knew that before starting my new job, I wanted to show up as my whole self, to welcome in the expressions of sadness, happiness, overwhelm and not put myself in a box marked ‘professional Julie’. To be both fully invested in my career AND my mystical self all at once.
CREATING MY CHAPTER TWO
The painful learnings of my breakdown gave me the insight I needed to powerfully reinvent my next chapter. I knew I needed more from life and that traditional tools weren’t going to cut it. After months of searching, I was introduced to an integrative psychologist who used Astrology as a primary tool to support her clients.
The first few sessions blew my mind and showed me why my career and purpose in life had been such a source of pain. From here I discovered the tools of Tarot and Human Design - they had such a profound effect on shifting my perspective of life that I began to think, why had I never heard about using unconventional tools in this way? How could I use them in my professional life? And what else is out there?
THE NEW WORLD OF WORK
The old way of work isn’t working. It’s time for conscious career creation: a new paradigm based on authentic self-expression and fulfillment for the highest good of all.
I’m on a mission to harness these powerful, sacred tools such as Human Design to reimagine the new world of work. I believe that the corporate and the mystical no longer need to exist in isolation from each other; they need to be brought together to forge a new, more evolutionary world of work.

I have 18+ years experience in corporate strategy, new business growth & tech startups. I’m also a fully qualified coach and have worked with women and startup teams for more that 10 years.
I’ve trained in Neuroscience for Business with Dr. Tara Swart at Sloane School of Management, Human Design, and am currently training in Trauma Informed Coaching as well as studying for a Masters in Consciousness & Transpersonal Psychology.
I also have a BA in Business, and an MBA, and I have been the Founder & CEO of a failed start-up.
