You will receive an in-depth reading and understanding of your team’s Human Design chart along with tailored, practical recommendations for the growth and wellbeing of your team.

HUMAN DESIGN FOR THE NEW WORLD OF WORK
There are 5 types in Human Design. As part of our work together, I will identify which type each team member is. You will also be able to understand what motivates each person, how they best communicate, use their energy and how your team can collaborate most effectively.
Generators
Generators are the real builders of the team. When generators are engaged with work that brings them fulfillment, they are completely lit up and magnetic, bringing energy to those around them and boosting morale.
Manifesting Generators
Multi-passionate, MG’s can handle multiple projects at the same time. They work best when given permission to pursue a broad spectrum of interests at work.
Projectors
Gifted in bringing efficiency, systems and methods to the team, Projectors have extra insight and think more outside the box than others. They do best when given plenty of time to rest, observe and reset.
MANIFESTORS
Fast-workers, manifestors do well on their own and are natural born leaders. They are innovative, bursting with ideas and work best in short phases.
Reflectors
Highly intuitive, Reflectors reflect back the wellbeing or state of the team or workplace and can read people very well.
