I’m here to show that women in business get to be more than a singular corporate identity
They get to create and embody their own path, to harness their inner and outer worlds in a way that fulfills their authentic expression.
My 18+ years experience in the corporate and startup worlds, an MBA and coaching CEOs and teams, combined with my dedication to cultivating my own inner world has brought me to where I am today: I build businesses in a predominantly male-driven environment (private equity) as well as coaching visionary women using tools like Tarot, Human Design and Numerology.
I have consciously created a fulfilling career I love and I want to help others to do the same.
I believe that unconventional tools such as Tarot, Human Design and nervous system regulation need to have just as much of a place in the workplace as conventional tools.
I believe every person should be able to have a ‘Chapter Two’ at work: moving from climbing ladders to weaving lattices. Many women in their mid 40’s to 50’s exit the workforce due to redundancy, burnout and menopause and can experience a ‘what now?!’ moment due to being overly identified with their career.
I believe we deserve to consciously create our multidimensional careers and creativity in a way that honours our full selves, and not just a single corporate identity based on the traditional measures of ‘success’.

Julie is on a mission to bring in the new paradigm of work. Having achieved the hallmarks of success when it came to her career in the corporate world, in 2017 she realised she had spent her life climbing the ladder, and turned around and realised that she’d climbed the wrong one. After seeking traditional executive coaches for support, she felt strongly that something was missing from the conventional tools that were being used. Julie turned to unconventional tools like Tarot, Human Design and Numerology and met incredible teachers across the worlds of science and spirituality. From that journey, Julie reached a place where her power and purpose aligned - and now helps others do the same through her corporately-honed, consciously led career coaching, writing, speaking as well as holding a Vice President position at a Private Equity company.
